Job Description:

This role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work as a full-time employed club fitter at one of the most technologically advanced club fitting centres in the world. Club Champion is the largest aftermarket club fitting company in the world. Club Champion are the leading professionals in Australia when it comes to PGA Tour quality club fitting, club testing, and club building. The Club Champion fitting centres are located in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, providing an ideal environment for employees and customers alike.

Utilising the latest in technology such as Trackman, advanced fitting software and high speed cameras, Club Champion accurately measures someone’s current equipment and then finds the best equipment combination to improve a golfer’s performance. The “Club Champion Experience” is a streamlined approach to find the perfect fit amongst the newest clubs and shafts in the game and delivers an overall experience to clients that is second to none.

This role will have the potential to progress into a management role over time as we expand the company Australia wide over the next 5 years.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Enthusiastic golfer with a passion for the game
• Team player and works well within a team environment
• PGA member and/or high level golfer (not required)
• Sales experience, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and think on your feet (would be great but not required)
• High level customer service and strong interpersonal skills
• Trackman knowledge and experience (advantage)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Knowledge of the latest golf equipment and technology
• Someone who wants to become a leader in the golf industry
• Willing to learn new skills and techniques around fitting and sales

Remuneration: Salary and Superannuation Commission on sales 8 Weeks of full training & onboarding provided
