Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Limitation on Time to File Claims

If such reformation or limitation cannot cure the deficiency of such provision, it shall be eliminated from these Terms of Use and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms incorporated by reference constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Club Champion with respect to the Website, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website.
