Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is PureForm Golf Pty Ltd. ABN 25165423316 of 1/62-64 O'Riordan Street Alexandria New South Wales 2015. . Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Promotion period
The promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on 18 September 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on 5 December 2026 ("the Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, LAB Golf, and any agency associated with this promotion are ineligible. "Immediate family" means spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not living in the same household.
4. How to enter
To enter, an entrant must complete all three of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
(a) Like or follow the Club Champion Australia page on Instagram (instagram.com/clubchampionaus) or Facebook (facebook.com/clubchampionaus);
(b) Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the Club Champion giveaway post on that platform; and
(c) Complete the entry form on the Club Champion landing page, including nominating one (1) preferred Club Champion Australia store.
Entries that do not complete all three steps are invalid. Tagged accounts must be genuine, active accounts belonging to three separate individuals. Tagging more than three friends does not increase an entrant's chance of winning.
5. Entry limits
Limit of one (1) entry per person across both Instagram and Facebook combined. Entering on both platforms does not create a second entry or increase an entrant's chance of winning.
Entrants may nominate only one (1) store and will be entered into the draw for that store only. Where a person submits multiple entries or nominates multiple stores, only their first valid entry will be accepted and all subsequent entries will be discarded. Entries made using automated means, or multiple, duplicate or fake accounts, or which are otherwise fraudulent, will be disqualified.
6. The prizes
There are five (5) prizes in total — one (1) prize allocated to each participating Club Champion Australia store:
Alexandria, NSW
Eagle Farm, QLD
Mile End, SA
Heatherton, VIC
Hawthorn East, VIC
Each prize consists of:
(a) One (1) complimentary putter fitting at the winner's nominated store; and
(b) One (1) LAB Golf putter, custom built to the specifications determined at that fitting.
Custom specifications determined at the fitting — including head model, shaft, grip, length, loft, lie and weighting — are included at no cost to the winner, provided the specifications fall within LAB Golf's standard product range as available at the time of the fitting. Specifications outside LAB Golf's standard range are not included and are not available under this promotion.
No accessories are included. Headcovers, additional grips, golf balls, training aids and any other product or service are expressly excluded from the prize.
Each prize is valued at up to AUD $1,500 (RRP). The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $7,500 (RRP). Prize values are correct as at 1 October 2026 and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in value.
7. The draw
The draw will be conducted at random at 4:00pm AEDT on 6 December 2026 at 1/62-64 O'Riordan Street, Alexandria, New South Wales 2015, NSW.
Five (5) separate draws will be conducted, one for each participating store, from the pool of valid entries nominating that store. One (1) winner will be drawn per store.
If no valid entries are received for a particular store, the Promoter reserves the right to draw that prize from the pool of all remaining valid entries nationally, in which case the fitting will take place at that winner's nominated store.
8. Winner notification
Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw by direct message on the platform through which they entered and by email to the address provided on the entry form.
Winners' names and nominated stores will be published on the Club Champion landing page at clubchampion.com.au/lab-golf within seven (7) days of the draw and will remain published for thirty (30) days.
9. Claiming the prize
A winner must respond and confirm acceptance of their prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification.
If a winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted using the details provided, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited in full. No redraw will be conducted and no alternative prize, cash or credit will be provided.
10. The fitting
The fitting must be booked and completed within six (6) months of the date of winner notification. Prizes not redeemed within this period are forfeited in full.
The fitting must take place in person at the winner's nominated Club Champion Australia store. Prizes are not transferable between Club Champion Australia locations.
The fitting must be completed in one (1) appointment.
The winner must attend in person. The prize cannot be redeemed by a third party.
Appointments are limited and subject to availability. Winners are encouraged to book early to secure a preferred date.
Winners are responsible for all costs of attending the fitting, including travel, transport, accommodation and any other associated expense.
11. Build and delivery
Following the fitting, the putter will be custom built to the agreed specifications and shipped to the winner at the Promoter's cost.
Delivery is to an Australian street address nominated by the winner. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes. A signature is required on delivery.
Build and delivery timeframes are subject to LAB Golf product availability and manufacturing and shipping lead times, and are not guaranteed. The Promoter is not liable for any delay, loss or damage occurring in transit once the putter has been dispatched.
12. Publicity and media consent
As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner agrees that:
(a) their name may be published and used by the Promoter to announce them as a winner of this promotion, including on the Club Champion landing page, the Club Champion Australia Instagram and Facebook pages, and in other Club Champion marketing and promotional material;
(b) their putter fitting may be filmed, recorded and photographed by the Promoter or its representatives; and
(c) the Promoter may use, reproduce, edit and publish any such footage, recordings, photographs, their name, likeness, voice and image for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes across any media, including social media, without further notice, approval or payment.
The Promoter will not be required to pay any fee or provide any additional consideration for this use. Winners may be asked to sign a separate media release confirming this consent. A winner who is unwilling to be filmed or photographed should notify the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize, and the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate that request, provided the winner's name may still be published in accordance with paragraph (a).
13. Prize conditions
Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit in whole or in part. No cash or credit will be provided for any unused portion of a prize.
Prizes are not valid on prior fittings or purchases and are not valid in conjunction with any other fitting offer, promotion or discount. Any product or service purchased at the fitting other than the prize putter is at the winner's own cost.
If for any reason a prize or any part of it becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable state or territory requirements.
14. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these terms, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in conduct that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected through the entry form will be used by the Promoter to conduct this promotion and, where the entrant has consented, for marketing purposes. Information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at clubchampion.com.au/privacy-policy. 16. Social media platforms
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Meta and its related entities from all liability in connection with this promotion. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Meta.
17. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered in connection with this promotion or the use of any prize, including any lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entry, or any technical failure of the entry form or of either platform.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
18. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time, subject to any applicable state or territory legislation and any direction from a relevant regulatory authority. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
